Back Fat Dissolving in Mississauga & Kleinburg
Injectable fat dissolving for small, stubborn pockets that diet and exercise have not changed, planned after a careful assessment.

Back fat dissolving
Back rolls can form along the upper back near the bra line or across the lower back just above the hips. Because this fat is often influenced by genetics and hormones, it can be hard to change with exercise alone.
Fat dissolving injections target small, defined pockets of fat in these areas. Over several weeks your body clears the treated fat cells, softening the rolls and giving a smoother back contour in fitted clothing.
At SKINFIDELITY, every plan starts with an assessment of your skin, the fat pocket and your goals. If fat dissolving injections are not the best fit, we will tell you and talk through the alternatives.
Who it is for
You have one or two clearly defined rolls of soft fat on the upper or lower back.
You want a smoother look under fitted tops and dresses without surgery.
You are generally healthy, at a stable weight and have realistic expectations about gradual change.
What to expect
Treatment time depends on how many areas we treat.
- Assessment of the upper and lower back while standing
- Choosing the pockets that will make the most visible difference
- Small injections across a marked grid
- Aftercare advice for sleeping and clothing while swelling settles
- Review in about six weeks to plan the next step
An honest note
Kybella (sold in Canada as Belkyra) is approved by Health Canada for fat under the chin. Using it on the body is considered off label, which means it is a medical decision made case by case. We explain this clearly at your consultation so you can decide with all the facts.
Fat dissolving is not a weight loss treatment. It works best for people who are close to their goal weight and want to refine a small area that has not changed with diet and exercise.
Good questions
How many sessions will I need?
Most back plans take two to four sessions spaced about six weeks apart. The exact number depends on the size of the area and how your body responds, and we review progress at every visit.
Does it hurt?
You will feel a warm, stinging sensation for several minutes after the injections. We apply cooling and numbing where appropriate to keep you comfortable.
What is the downtime?
Swelling, tenderness, bruising and a firm or numb feeling in the area are common for one to two weeks. Most clients return to work the next day and wear loose clothing while the swelling settles.
Are the results permanent?
Fat cells that are destroyed do not come back. Remaining fat cells can still grow with weight gain, so a stable weight helps you keep your result.
Can the upper and lower back be treated together?
Sometimes. The total amount we can safely inject in one visit is limited, so larger plans are often split across appointments.
Individual results vary. Every treatment follows a consultation and assessment.
