🇨🇦 Shipping within Canada
We ship via Canada Post or UPS with tracking on all orders. Estimated delivery times vary by location and shipping method selected at checkout:
- Standard Shipping: 2–9 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days
Please note: delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, postal delays, or holidays.
📬 Delivered but Not Received
If your tracking number shows that your package has been delivered, but you cannot locate it:
- Check all entrances around your property (front door, porch, garage, mailbox, etc.)
- Ask other household members or neighbors
- If you live in a multi-unit building, check with your concierge or mailroom staff
- Review any home security footage, if available
Once a package is marked as delivered by a third party carrier our service is complete and we are no longer responsible for any lost or stolen items.
We’re happy to help by opening a Canada Post or UPS investigation, but please note it can take up to 10 business days to try to locate and it does not guarantee any amount of refund whether full or partial.
🛑 Undeliverable or Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. Orders returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may incur additional shipping fees to be resent.
We do not issue refunds for undeliverable packages or delays caused by incorrect addresses.

For hygiene and safety reasons, all skincare product sales are final once shipped and/or the original product packaging or seal has been damaged, opened or altered in any way.
