The back of the upper arm, around the triceps, is one of the most common places for fat to stay put even when you are active and eating well. Fat dissolving injections use deoxycholic acid, a substance your body already makes to break down fat, to permanently destroy a portion of the fat cells in a small, targeted area.
Over the weeks after each session, your body gradually clears the treated fat cells. The result is a slimmer, more even arm contour that shows in sleeveless tops, without incisions or general anaesthetic.

Who it is for
You have a soft, pinchable pocket of fat at the back of the upper arm that has not responded to training.
Your skin has reasonable elasticity. If the main concern is loose skin rather than fat, we may suggest microneedling or other tightening options instead.

An honest note

Fat dissolving is not a weight loss treatment. It works best for people who are close to their goal weight and want to refine a small area that has not changed with diet and exercise.
Good questions
How many sessions will I need?
Most upper arm plans take two to four sessions spaced about six weeks apart. The exact number depends on the size of the area and how your body responds, and we review progress at every visit.
Does it hurt?
You will feel a warm, stinging sensation for several minutes after the injections. We apply cooling and numbing where appropriate to keep you comfortable.
What is the downtime?
Swelling, tenderness, bruising and a firm or numb feeling in the area are common for one to two weeks. Most clients return to work the next day and wear loose clothing while the swelling settles.
Are the results permanent?
Fat cells that are destroyed do not come back. Remaining fat cells can still grow with weight gain, so a stable weight helps you keep your result.
