Loose Stomach Skin Tightening in Mississauga & Kleinburg
Medical-grade skin treatments that refresh, clarify and renew, with a plan built around your skin and your goals.

Firmer looking abdominal skin
Loose or crepey skin on the stomach can remain even when you exercise consistently and keep a stable weight. Pregnancy, significant weight loss, aging, genetics and hormonal changes can all affect the firmness, strength and texture of abdominal skin.
At SKINFIDELITY, we create customized plans for people who want to improve mild to moderate loose stomach skin without surgery. Your plan may include SkinPen microneedling, Cynosure Elite iQ laser, Skin Boosters and other supportive skin therapies, alone or in combination, to stimulate and maximize collagen remodeling.
There is no one size fits all treatment. We first assess your health history, the quality of your skin, the degree of laxity, any stretch marks or colour changes, and most importantly your expectations. In more severe cases, we may recommend a surgical opinion.
Why stomach skin becomes loose
Abdominal skin stretches to accommodate changes in the body, and it does not always fully contract afterwards, especially when collagen and elastin fibres have been overstretched. People most often come to us for:
- Wrinkly or crepey stomach skin after pregnancy
- Loose, saggy skin after weight loss
- Stretch marks with uneven texture and tone (see our stretch mark treatment)
- Thin, weaker skin related to aging
- Fine lines, folds or wrinkling around the belly button
- Laxity that remains despite exercise and a stable weight
Will exercise fix it?
Exercise strengthens the abdominal muscles and reduces body fat, but it cannot directly repair stretched skin or rebuild lost collagen in the dermis. In fact, as body fat drops, exercise often reveals how much loose skin is there.
That is why a skin focused plan can make sense even for people who are already active and fit.
Tightening without surgery
Repairing and strengthening damaged skin is different from surgically removing excess skin. Non-surgical treatment can improve mild to moderate laxity, crepey texture and wrinkling, but it cannot match the skin removal of an abdominoplasty when there is a large amount of excess skin, and it does not treat abdominal muscle separation.
It can, however, complement surgery by improving the quality and strength of the skin before or after a procedure.
Loose skin, excess fat, stretch marks and muscle separation are different issues and should not be treated as if they are interchangeable. If stubborn fat is part of your concern, ask us about abdominal fat dissolving.
A good candidate when
Your laxity is mild to moderate, and the main concern is thin, crepey or finely wrinkled skin.
Your weight is relatively stable and you want gradual, natural looking improvement.
You understand that collagen remodeling takes time and needs a series of treatments. If there is a large amount of hanging skin, we will tell you honestly.
What we assess
Two people can describe the same concern and have very different skin. Before recommending anything, we look at:
- The amount and location of skin laxity
- Skin thickness and crepey texture
- The presence and maturity of stretch marks
- Previous procedures or abdominal surgery
- Your skin tone and healing history
- Lifestyle factors that may affect recovery
- The amount of improvement you expect
Good questions
How many sessions will I need?
It depends on your skin. Most collagen induction plans involve a series of sessions spaced about four to six weeks apart, with your treatment intervals and home care built around your progress.
Is there downtime?
After microneedling, expect redness for one to three days. Laser and skin booster sessions have their own short recovery, which we explain before each treatment.
When can I start after pregnancy?
We recommend waiting until you have finished breastfeeding and your body has had time to settle, usually at least six months after delivery.
Do you offer flexible plans?
Yes. Your plan is based on your skin rather than a generic package, and we offer flexible treatment options on an individual basis.
Individual results vary. Every treatment follows a consultation and assessment.
